Our experience
We share a belief that people are experts in their own lives, and have the power and potential to act to make a difference.
Andy & Paul in the social and charity sector for 30 years. Between us we have run a small business, created, and grown sustainable social enterprises, delivered frontline services and lead local and national programmes and campaigns. They have worked for national organisations in senior roles for UnLtd, new economics foundation, Civic Trust and at a regional level for Bradford Vision. Alongside working with hundreds of social entrepreneurs & enterprises, Andy & Paul have been directors of local organisations, including Bradford Alliance on Community Care and Participate projects, Quad Derby and Par Bay Community Trust.
Our Expertise
We understand and have experienced the day-to-day issues that leaders face when starting and growing their ventures. We have helped leaders to create business plans, set goals, build their teams, raise money through writing successful funding bids, reorganise their retail spaces, design new products and services.
